Hey, everyone! Shane here with www.etrailer.com. Today I have a 2017 Ford C-Max. We're going to be taking a look at the Blue Ox Alpha 2 tow bar. This is what our tow bar is gonna look like when it's connected between our motor home and our vehicle. It's going to be the connection point between the two vehicles so that we can flat tow it. It's going to be one of the five main components needed to flat tow the Ford C-Max behind your motor home. more

RoadMaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar Installation - 2015 Ford C-Max- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2015 Ford C-MAX, we're going to be installing the Roadmaster's Falcon-2 Tow Bars, part number RM-520. These tow bars will allow you to pull your vehicle behind your motor home. It's a connecting interface that will drag this behind it. It will attach to your base plate here at the end with telescoping arms. This will allow it to properly align itself when you take off, and while you turn it'll maintain that appropriate distance. When you're ready to disconnect, if you're parked on uneven terrain, there's a nonbinding lever here that you can press down on to help release the arm, to give it a little bit of slack. more

RoadMaster Falcon Tow Bar Installation - 2014 Ford C-Max- Video
Today on our 2014 Ford C-Max, we're going to be installing the Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bar, part number RM-522. We'll start by installing the quick disconnect on the towed vehicle. We'll start on the passenger's side and take our quick disconnect bracket, line up the pre-drilled holes on the bracket with the base plate arm. Then we'll take the bolt plate, line it up with the holes and install the bolts. On the backside of the base plate where the bolts come out, we'll install a flat washer, split lock washer nut. We'll use the same hardware for both attachment points. more
